How do I confirm my booking?
A booking is officially confirmed once you have paid the $30 deposit.
When is the final payment due?
The remaining hire fee must be paid in full prior to or upon delivery/collection of your equipment.
Why do I have to pay a security bond?
A refundable $50 bond is required to cover any potential late return fees, cleaning requirements, or damage costs.
When will I get my bond back?
Bonds are returned via your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days following a successful post-hire inspection.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, EFT, and Cash. Please note that credit card payments may incur a surcharge.
